Corporate Templates
eWord Development’s Corporate Template Solution provides a efficient
environment for the creation of business documents and forms directly from
the Word toolbar.
Custom developed templates leverage User's information
stored in the Corporate Template Solution and Addressee information from
Outlook contacts, CRM or any other suitable information systems to
minimise typing and reuse existing information.
Menu
The menu simplifies template access for quick and easy selection for a
wide range of documents. Personal details are entered by the user on
initial use, or retrieved by the templates from a suitable repository such
as Active Directory, to pre-populate author specific information.
Integration
Where information is retrieved from existing systems where appropriate to
reduce preparatory typing and formatting. For example sourcing addressee
information from Outlook Contacts, Active Directory, SQL databases or CRM
systems, retrieve standard contract phrases from the company document
management system, reference information from an in-house system etc.
Automation
Individual templates are
carefully crafted to automate as much of the document preparation as
feasible, reducing keystrokes, preparation time and reducing the exposure
to errors. eWord Development has numerous time-proven strategies to address common document
creation challenges.
User Preferences
Our templates subtly capture the user's selections and then selectively
restore these in the next use of that template. This feature significantly
improves user productivity and makes repetitive tasks far less tedious.

and feel, and comply with the organisation’s publishing and/or
corporate image standards.
Compatibility eWord Development can develop the templates to be compatible with one
or more versions of Microsoft Office from Office 97 through to Office XP
to protect your investment.
Security Templates can be provided with a Verisign digital signature to ensure
they integrate with existing macro virus prevention
strategies without inconveniencing or confusing users.
