Functional Overview
The Web Template Solution manages Office templates utilising intranet technologies for convenient storage and distribution of Office template masters.

Versioning logic ensures that all templates and reference files are automatically updated each time the author selects the template. This 'just-in-time' update approach minimises unnecessary network resource consumption while ensuring the templates and references are always current.

When off-line, the user's system will automatically use the locally available template.
